Report a problem
In Pinstr, open Account (your initial at the top right), then Report a problem, or shake your phone. Say what you did and what happened. The report carries the version and, if you leave it on, a picture of the screen.
Report someone's photo, post or link
- A photo or video: open it, then More, then Report.
- A board post: its menu, then Report.
- A link's page: the flag at the top.
We look at every report within 24 hours, and remove what breaks the terms. A space's admins can also remove photos and posts, and remove or block people.
Common questions
The sign-in code didn't arrive
Check your spam folder. A code lasts 10 minutes; ask for a new one if it ran out, and use the newest email.
A photo has no place on the map
Its location was off when it was taken, or it came through a chat app, which removes it. Open the photo, then Place on map.
I lost my phone
On another device, open Account, then Signed-in devices, and Sign out the lost phone. Leave Also erase Pinstr's files on it on to remove them when it next connects. Photos already in the cloud stay in your account.
